As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in horticulture and certifications in viticulture and enology, Dorado possesses a strong academic foundation in the science of growing grapes and crafting fine wines. However, it's his hands-on experience and unwavering dedication that truly set him apart.

This event will cover history of grapes and wine in the world, USA, Texas and RGV. Enjoy a tasting as we review all the characteristics of wine. We will also pair with chocolate, cheese and RGV cuisine.

This meal combination is timeless and appeals to those who appreciate a classic steak dinner. Start your meal with a farm grown fresh salad. Your main course will include a cooked to order 12oz juicy and tender ribeye steak, adorned by two delectable sides. Enhance all the flavors of this classic meal by pairing it with a glass of your favorite Bonita Flats Wine.

The dinner includes a delectable journey of five courses perfectly paired with our wine. Start with a farm-grown bibb lettuce salad covered with an aromatic herb dressing, next enjoy a Tahitian style ceviche made with locally sourced drum, third course will include roasted duck w/ whipped hakurei turnips and apple soy vinaigrette over farm-grown sesame red cabbage slaw, fourth course will include a braised short rib, pearl couscous and caramelized carrots.
